Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • We take payment at the time your order is placed.
  • We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Products

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Images are for illustration and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes and measurements are approximate.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to do this and for the items that are excluded for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Safety products

Personal protective equipment and safety footwear must be selected, fitted and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the relevant standards. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the equipment is suitable for the intended task and working environment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
